Child Safety Standards

Chatnee is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that harms minors.

1 Prohibited Content

Chatnee strictly prohibits:

  • Any sexual content involving minors
  • Grooming, exploitation, or abuse of children
  • Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Attempts to solicit, distribute, or store CSAM

2 Detection & Prevention

To prevent and address CSAE, Chatnee uses:

  • In-app user reporting tools
  • Active content moderation
  • Account suspension and permanent banning
  • Cooperation with law enforcement and relevant authorities where required by law

3 Reporting

Users can report unsafe or suspicious content directly within the app using the Report feature. Reports related to child safety are prioritised and reviewed urgently.

4 Action on Violations

If CSAE or CSAM is detected:

  • The content is immediately removed
  • The associated account is permanently banned
  • The matter is reported to relevant legal authorities, in accordance with applicable laws

5 Compliance

Chatnee complies with all applicable child protection laws and regulations, including Australian law and relevant international and local legislation.

Note: Chatnee is intended for users aged 18+. Any attempt to create an account on behalf of a minor or to engage in activity involving minors is treated as a serious violation.
